Tree Sale and Seedling Guides   arrow

Thank you for your interest in the Park County CSU Extension’s annual tree sale! It’s not too late to order. While order cutoff is not until March 30th, 2026 you don’t want to drag your feet. Inventory from our supplier, OneCanopy, is limited as more and more plants get reserved.

How does it work? You can always put in an order now (use our Order Form, below, and price estimate calculator – if helpful) and change your order between now and March 30th. Once you submit your order form to our office, we will pass it along to OneCanopy, they will confirm availability of what is left in stock, and it will be reserved for you. Any and all changes to your order MUST be communicated with our office and made no later than March 30th. Invoices will be sent to you shortly after the order cutoff (March 30th) with payments being due by May 15th at 5 pm.

Trees are ordered in lots of 25 (eg. the minimum order of trees of a single species must be no less than 25 trees). The cost of a lot is $75 before tax and credit/debit card service fees. Tax is 8.9% and will be applied at the end of your order. Plants are grown in classic 10ci Ray Leach tubes, as well as 9.2ci AirTray plugs in biodegradable paper sleeves.  In most instances, you can expect your plant to have 8 inches of above-ground mass, as well as an 8-inch root ball.

Pick-up details to come. For now, we can say that pick-up will be near the end of May. There is no charge for delivery and all plants will be delivered to the same location on the same day for mandatory pickup that day. If you do not pick them up that day, we are unable to make sure they survive beyond that point. Many get diseased and sick if left too long. Rabbit/Deer cages and bamboo supports will be available for purchase at pickup while supplies last.
